To submit a claim, just follow these 3 simple steps:

- First & Last name
- Postal Address
- Email address
- Telephone or Mobile phone number
- Barcode of the product you are claiming a refund for

Reason why you were not satisfied with the Tails.com Inner
Vitality dry kibble in at least 10 words.

Attach an image to your application email of the valid receipt
displaying the product purchase.
Max file size: 5MB, formats allowed: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .png, .jpeg,
.jpg.

Once the application is approved by Tails.com, we will request your
bank details and a BACS bank transfer will be made directly to your
account.

This offer is only valid for Tails.com Inner Vitality 2kg dry kibble
products sold in Sainsburys & Ocado in the UK. It is not valid for
any Tails.com products bought via the tails.com website where the
customer orders product specifically tailored for their own dog
directly from Tailsco Ltd., not from a retailer.

The offer excludes Tails.com Inner Vitality wet 150g and
Superfood/Cold Pressed Treats products.

Internet access, camera/smartphone and purchase required. Applicants
must be UK residents, aged 18 or over. This offer is not open to
Tailsco Ltd employees and their immediate families.
Only valid applications sent by email to
satisfactionguarantee@tails.com can be accepted. The application
must include the applicant’s full name, email address, postal
address, telephone number, the barcode number of the relevant
product and a digital itemised receipt visibly showing the
product, price and date of purchase and the reason why the
applicant is not satisfied with the relevant product. Applications
must be made within two calendar months from the date of purchase
as shown on the emailed receipt. All valid claims must be received
by no later than 23:59 on 31.01.2025 or within two calendar months
of purchase, whichever is sooner. Participants should retain the
original purchase receipt as it may be needed to verify a claim.
Emailed receipts must show a valid product as detailed below. Till
receipts must be emailed in the format of PNG, BMP, or JPG/JPEG
and a maximum file size limit of 20MB applies.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any till receipts/proof of
purchases that:
- Are out of focus or blurry;
- Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
- Do not have purchase dates clearly visible;
- Do not have the store of purchase clearly visible;

Are old, out of date, or fall outside of the stated promotional
period;
- That are from Non-Participating Stores;
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by
tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any
invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s claim being
frozen and possibly deleted.

Offer is limited to one money back application per household, per 12
month period and covers 1 x 2kg bag only, up to a maximum value of
£14.00. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to
suspend any user found to be attempting to make more than one valid
claim by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up
multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any
manner deemed by Tailsco Ltd. to be in violation of the Terms and
Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive.

Qualifying applicants will receive a full refund for the cost of the
product as detailed on the uploaded receipt. Full refunds will be
sent as a BACS bank transfer to the original claimant. Please allow
at least 28 days for validation and processing. Participants will
require a valid UK bank account to receive the refund. The refund
cannot be issued in any other format.

Any qualifying products purchased as part of a promotion will be
refunded at the promotional price and not the full retail price.

only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Tailsco Ltd.
reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms
and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise
the effect to participants in an effort to avoid undue
